AIGround ("the Service") values your privacy and explains transparently what data it handles and how. This policy applies when you use the Service.
1. Information we collect
The Service has no sign-up and does not collect directly identifying personal data such as your name or phone number.
- Chat nickname & device tag: the nickname you enter and a random per-device tag are stored in your browser (localStorage). They are sent with your messages to be shown in chat.
- Chat messages: messages you post are public and stored in that game's chat room.
- Automatically collected: for service delivery and security, access logs, IP and browser information may be processed transiently at the infrastructure level.
2. Cookies & advertising
The Service may display third-party ads, including Google AdSense. Third-party vendors such as Google may use cookies to serve ads based on your visits.
- Google's use of advertising cookies follows the Google Ads policy.
- You can disable personalized ads in Google Ad Settings, or reject cookies in your browser settings.
3. Third-party services
The Service uses the following external services:
- Game schedules & data: API-Sports
- AI analysis: Google Gemini
- Hosting & infrastructure: Cloudflare
4. Retention & deletion
Chat messages are stored in the game's chat room and are automatically deleted about 7 days after the room's last activity. Nickname and tag stored in your browser are removed when you clear your browser data.
5. Your rights
You can delete the data stored in your browser at any time. For requests such as removing a chat message you posted, contact us below.
6. Children's privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 14 and does not knowingly collect their personal data.
7. Changes
This policy may be updated to reflect legal or service changes; updates will be posted on this page.
